1. Who we are
Dwadi is a mobile-first trading app operated by IbraLab Digitals (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Dwadi, you agree to these Terms and contract with IbraLab Digitals.
2. The service
Dwadi helps small traders manage inventory, record sales and Mobile Money transactions, track expenses and credit, prepare Ghana VAT summaries, and — on the Dwadi Pro plan — extract receipt items automatically using AI. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
- Use Dwadi for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others;
- Interfere with the security of the service, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping;
- Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent plan limits;
- Use the receipt scanning feature to process content you have no right to use.
4. AI features (Dwadi Pro)
Receipt scanning uses AI which may produce inaccurate results. You are responsible for verifying extracted items, quantities and prices before recording a sale. Outputs are not suitable as professional tax or legal advice without your own review. We may filter, refuse, or remove content that violates these terms.
5. Accounts and accuracy
You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Dwadi Pro subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
7. Intellectual property
IbraLab Digitals retains all ownership of the service, including the software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of your business data; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
8. Service level and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. On termination your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
