We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Dwadi Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us through the support details in the app Settings page and we'll help.
After a refund
Once a refund is completed, your Dwadi Pro subscription is cancelled and receipt scanning is switched off. All your sales, inventory and records remain accessible on the free plan, and you can still export them as CSV at any time.
This policy is operated in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
