Dwadi is operated by IbraLab Digitals. IbraLab Digitals is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
2. Data we collect and why
- Account data (name, email address, login credentials) — to create and secure your account (legal basis: contract performance).
- Shop profile (shop name, TIN, language preference) — to provide VAT summaries and localise the app (legal basis: contract performance).
- Business records you enter (inventory, sales, expenses, customers, suppliers) — stored on your device and, if you sign in, synced to back up your data (legal basis: contract performance).
- Receipt photos (Pro plan) — processed by AI to extract items and totals (legal basis: contract performance).
- Usage and device data (IP address, device identifiers, telemetry) — for security, fraud prevention and product improvement (legal basis: legitimate interests).
- Support messages — to respond to your requests (legal basis: legitimate interests).
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers that host and operate the app (cloud hosting and database);
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of Dwadi Pro, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing;
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed;
- Authorities where required by law.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When it is no longer needed — for example after account deletion — it is deleted or anonymised. Local data stored on your device remains under your control and can be cleared from Settings.
5. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us via the support details in Settings to exercise any of these rights — we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.
7. Cookies
Dwadi uses only essential storage cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the app working offline. We do not use marketing cookies.
